The incredible Phang Nga Bay, a must-see site in Thailand
For the first time, you are going to Thailand, and you want to explore the most beautiful landscapes of the country to keep good memories. But the postcard landscapes are innumerable. Phang Nga Bay is one of the most unmissable places that capsize the hearts of nature-loving tourists. It is an extraordinary place that will amaze you with its beauty. If you liked Halong Bay in Vietnam, you will love this little corner of paradise.
Nature in all its glory
Located a little north of Phuket, Phang Nga Bay is known for its limestone rocks which form an intricate network of deltas, thick mangroves and nipa palms that reach to the sea. Its incredible landscape makes it a place of major attraction. Basically, Ao Phang Nga is a natural site that has been home to a national park since 1981, the Ao Phang Nga National Park. Sea and limestone peaks covered with vegetation planted in the ocean mingle with the decor. The whole forms fairly large islands sometimes with unusual shapes. The bay, on the other hand, offers a spectacle of saturated colors and contrast.
There are a few caves there. They are to be discovered during kayak trips. In fact, Phang Nga Bay includes nearly forty islands, an archipelago standing on shallow marine waters and wooded marine areas. Its seabed even contains superb coral reefs.
